My journey

I used to believe that exhaustion was simply the price of success

For over a decade, I built a career in the high-stakes corporate world. On paper, I was thriving. I had the title, the salary, and the respect of my peers. But behind closed doors, my nervous system was entirely shattered. I was waking up with a racing heart, relying on adrenaline to survive the morning, and wine to numb out in the evening.

I realized that true healing wasn't about optimizing my time—it was about regulating my nervous system. I stepped away, immersed myself in somatic therapy, and rebuilt my life from the ground up. Now, my life's work is handing you the exact blueprint that saved me.

What exactly is somatic healing?

Unlike traditional talk therapy that focuses solely on the mind, somatic work involves the body. We use gentle practices to release trapped stress and teach your nervous system that it is safe to finally rest.

I designed this mentorship specifically for high-achievers with limited time. The goal isn't to add more to your to-do list, but to streamline your energy so you actually gain time back in your week.

How is this different from regular therapy?

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, absolutely. I believe this work should be accessible. We offer flexible 3-month and 6-month payment options that we can discuss during your initial discovery call.
